Datamatrix New Zealand operates according to a virtual team structure, which is linear rather than hierarchical, or cloverleaf in nature. As such each member of the team is responsible for his own finances and actions. Any member of the team can be the leader at any time. The team order is determined by the tasks in hand and the ability of the members to complete these tasks. There are no employer-employee relationships.
The objective of the Datamatrix New Zealand team is to prove the validity of its technology. It is in effect a concept driven research team. The results of its research are not for the general public at this stage due to their controversial nature. Genuine seekers for truth however may find involvement with us rewarding if they are prepared to let go of preconceived notions about causality.
The team is geographically diverse but intended to be centered in New Zealand where the free thinking nature of its purpose best fits with the national culture. The team aims to promote New Zealand as a place of intellectual and spiritual growth. A place where material conditions are not so bad that survival is paramount and not so good that there is no need to grow.
